add mongosh version to all telemetry events (and os to identify if possible)

      Currently, we only have the mongosh_version property for the New Connection event.

      By add mongosh version to all telemetry events we can track changes of user behavior across versions (and sanitize data in dashboards when it comes from internal dev builds!).

      If easy enough, also add the operating system (os.platform() is good enough) as a trait to the identify() segment call (docs here: https://segment.com/docs/connections/sources/catalog/libraries/server/node/#identify). This way we should be able to segment users in amplitude by operating system.
