Rename Linux packages from mongosh to mongodb-mongosh

      The deb and rpm packages are now called mongodb-mongosh, rather than just mongosh. All other packages and the usage of the packages once installed are not affected.

      The deb and rpm packages are now called mongodb-mongosh, rather than just mongosh. All other packages and the usage of the packages once installed are not affected.

      The binary remains mongosh.

      Reasons for doing this are that it seems to be the convention even outside MongoDB (e.g. postgres packages follow the same naming convention) and also discoverability when looking up all the mongodb packages with apt or yum.
