Make the mongosh packages for the architectures listed above available in the PPAs (MongoDB 4.4+) for Apt, Yum, and Zipper for distros that are not EOL (e.g. Ubuntu 16.04 LTS is EOL in 2021).

Note: while we will keep making mongosh available in the 4.4 PPAs, the 4.4 metapackages will not install it. Only the metapackages for 5.0+ will install mongosh (see Scope: Multi-Product Meta-Packaging for details).
