      Steps to reproduce:

      1. setup a new 5.0.2-ent replica set
      2. mongosh into the PRIMARY
      3. run db.adminCommand(

      { replSetResizeOplog: 1, size: 990 }

      )

      Note the same command succeeds via mongo shell.
