      DRIVERS-2923:
      Summary of necessary driver changes

      • The password for the drivers-testing user for Atlas Serverless testing was changed.
      • The password for the drivertest user for free-tier and non-serverless Atlas connectivity testing was changed.
      • SERVERLESS_ATLAS_PASSWORD within drivers/serverless was updated.
      • All Atlas connection strings within drivers/atlas_connect were updated.
      • Drivers MAY need to update Evergreen secrets if these credentials are not pulled directly from AWS Secrets Manager.
