The SDAM pre-42-*.yml error handling files test post 4.2 scenarios. For example: https://github.com/mongodb/specifications/blob/371e95b/source/server-discovery-and-monitoring/tests/errors/pre-42-NotMaster.yml#L2 tests "Post-4.2 NotMaster error".

The bug is in the generate-error-tests.py test generation script.
