Motor is just using "run_in_excecutor" and this is not clear from the homepage where it says "Asynchronous Python driver for MongoDB"

This creates some big performance issues, and users like me lose a lot of time trying motor when it is not good for their use case.

I would like to request 1/ implement a real async client, or 2/ Add a big disclaimer.
