In order to unit test compressor handshake behavior the mock server needs to properly emulate the server's current behavior, which is to immediately begin compressing messages once a valid compressor is agreed upon. This must be configurable, allowing the tester to select which compressors are supported, considering priority of supported compressors, as well as implementing the actual compression of outgoing data (for all commands that support compression, see spec for details)
