Continuing off of ~~NODE-1212~~, the API documentation could use some improvements, hopefully before 3.0.0. Examples include:

+ Updating code snippets to be in line with 3.0.0's API
+ s/db.close/client.close/g is a big one here
+ Update some of the options objects
