Cursor times out even with `noCursorTimeout` set to true

      We received a bug report on mongoose saying that the user is getting a cursor timeout error on their server, after trying the reproduction script on mongoose, I suspected it's an underlying library issue, trying with the mongodb driver has the same issue.

       

      You'll find the reproduction script in this comment consistently throws the error after exactly 1 hour, 7 minutes, 20 seconds, or 101 documents within 40 seconds delay between each document.
