There is a wire protocol method query which would seem to imply it only constructs OP_QUERY messages, but instead it builds find commands and uses either OP_MESSAGE or OP_QUERY to send the command. We should move the find command construction into the FindOperation, as well as the logic to use OP_MESSAGE/OP_QUERY
