im not sure how to track down where in our code the problem is happening as node crashes without writing to the log.

however when we tried upgrading from 1.4.19 to 2.0.3 driver, we had to change our code for connecting to the DB, but did not change any other code and now our app is crashing with a segementation fault from node. any suggestions for how to track that down would be helpful
