Something in the refactor to 4.0 broke AWS auth that relies on the presence of AWS_ environment variables. The following failing tests have been skipped, and should be re-enabled as soon as the functionality is fixed.

      • run aws auth test with aws credentials as environment variables
      • run aws auth test with aws credentials and session token as environment variables
      • run aws ECS auth test
