Add examples from our public documentation to typescript tests

      We now have a way to test typescript types using tsd and adding assertions to the test/types directory. We should take our posted code samples and turn them into typescript tests.

      Also we should correct and unskip the skipped EnhancedOmit assertion in test/types/schema_helpers.test-d.ts
