Use Case

As a developer I want to have some automatic configurations applied to mocha so that tests run seamlessly.

The mocha settings were moved to the modern .mocharc.json file (probably this was me) but mocha in this project currently cannot be upgraded passed v5 which still gets settings from test/mocah.opts.
