Use Case

The latest version of mongodb has an issue with mongocryptd missing from the path so it doesn't get auto spawned.

• Why does this work on previous versions of mongodb just fine

Implementation Requirements

• There may be changes needed to FLE to correctly spawn on windows, the arguments can be slightly different per OS.
• Or some kind of retry logic to launch again

• passing FLE corpus on windows.
