What problem are you facing?

The uri-options spec runner passes in all cases. We should fix it which includes adding a number of assertions relating to how our options parser reformats certain options.

What driver and relevant dependency versions are you using?

Acceptance Criteria

• Create a follow up ticket for unmet spec compliance.
• Tests that we are compliant with should be running and passing.
• If these tests can run without a real server, move the test to the unit tests directory
