We don't seem to have implemented any of the server selection prose tests (found in server-selection-tests.rst). We also haven't implemented the spec "rtt" automated tests (that need a custom parser and implementation just like server-selection). We should implement them.

Note that at least one test relates to a supposedly implemented optional spec - NODE-1491 - that does not seem to have actually been implemented. That test can be omitted.
