Add missing uuid spec compliance tests to BSON

      The uuid spec has tests for explicit and implicit encoding/decoding that we do not have implemented.

      Implicit cases do not apply to our driver, however, we should implement the applicable explicit cases.

      Note that in our driver, `asUuid()` implementation is called `toUUID()`
