Run sharded integration tests against load balanced topologies

      The load balanced spec test plan requires that the drivers run Retryable Reads, Retryable Writes, and Change Streams tests against load balanced topologies. While we run the corresponding automated tests based on their runOn requirements, we should make sure the prose tests (also see NODE-3884, NODE-2111) also run against these topologies, and, in general, that our own driver-specific tests that can run against sharded topologies also run against load-balanced.
