      Adjust the libmongocrypt bindings and driver typings for spec changes in DRIVERS-2241.

      Currently, this would be renaming csflePath to csflePathOverride, introducing csfleRequired, and not loading the shared library if bypassAutoEncryption was specified.

      I also forgot to adjust the AutoEncrypter teardown() call for the fact that there might not be a mongocryptd manager anymore.
