Package Zstd all in 1 bundle

      As a developer I would like to install zstd in a single bundle so I don't have to download additional native modules or have additional optional dependencies.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • @mongodb-js/zstd is installed as a single package with it's native modules bundled inside it.
