Fix CSFLE CI setup: npm WARN tar ENOENT: no such file or directory, open 'filePath'

      CSFLE CI tests are failing with the following message:

      npm WARN tar ENOENT: no such file or directory, open '/data/mci/c5d7fa7d72cd60e07a1924fb670ce20c/csfle-deps-tmp/libmongocrypt/bindings/node/node_modules/.staging/eslint-fd05cd22/lib/linter/node-event-generator.js'
      .. repeats until ..
      npm ERR! Maximum call stack size exceeded

      This appears to be a setup issue preventing the tests from even running.
