Use Case

The BSON project's windows tasks are failing to setup nvm. Since node is consistent across all operating systems, there is no need for the Windows tests.

• Do we need to test on more than 1 OS for js-bson?

Acceptance Criteria

• Remove windows platforms from evergreen for BSON.
• Verify and remove any logic to skip windows tests.

Follow up Work

• Make sure to add ARM system testing in the CI for BSON. Make sure we test on big-endian and little-endian.

• nvm installs correctly on windows
