    Description

      For the following library:

      please add passing on a pre-trained dictionary as an (optional) argument.

      Training data on known structures etc. improves compression rate my a magnitude of 2-3, especially for small data.

      Since this is one of the main selling points of zstd, it's a crucial feature to have.
