      We need to systematically review what we have and what we need to have, test-wise (i.e., combinations of environments, servers, test scripts, etc) and come up with what our test matrix should be (with justifications/objectives for each set).

      After we have this figured out, we should look into what evergreen tooling is most appropriate to maintain our desired test matrix. The current script we have for generating tasks is difficult to maintain.

      As a follow up, we should do this for our other projects.
