      As a developer
      I want a green CI matrix
      So that I can focus on actual issues instead of flaky tests.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Reduce the MacOS testing matrix to only perform the "run tests" task against rapid replica set.
      • Run with latest lts Node version.
