      Use Case

      As a... developer
      I want... CSFLE to accept a callback to set AWS KMS values
      So that... I can have a fallback to the environment if they are empty.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Add an option to AutoEncrypter and ClientEncryption for a callback to get KMS values.
      • If the option onKmsProviderRefresh is not provided or returns empty credentials, fallback to the new callback if it exists.
