      Acceptance Criteria

      • Rename options and relevant variables to match what they’re actually used for instead of needlessly generic variables (heartbeatFrequencyMS and minHeartbeatFrequencyMS)
      • Move into monitor.ts
      • Make it a class to make debugging easier
      • Ensure thorough unit test coverage
