CI Reports that Versioned API tests are passing, however a close inspection of the logs show that client construction is throwing an exception (as it should be) since we are attempting to set the serverApi version on the URI (which is forbidden).

Review related ticket on why the process is exiting only part way through the run, and why it is exiting with a success exit code. I was able to setup versioned API locally and after fixing TestConfiguration.newClient to set serverApi correctly, we still have some failures (29) but they seem all related to clients not being constructed with the versioned API setting.
