Fix failing csfle tests on serverless

      As a part of NODE-4629, the legacy CSFLE tests are now run against serverless in CI.  Two tests are failing

      • Client_Side_Encryption_Legacy_fle2-BypassQueryAnalysis.BypassQueryAnalysis_decrypts
      • Client_Side_Encryption_Legacy_fle2-EncryptedFields-vs-EncryptedFieldsMap.encryptedFieldsMap_is_preferred_over_remote_encryptedFields

       

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Determine why these tests are failing on serverless.
      • Fix the failing tests.
