[Server Docs] Convert docs examples to Typescript

      As a driver engineer, I would like to have our docs example in Typescript so that we can catch any bugs in the docs examples so that we can type check the examples and so that our docs tutorials and examples make use of Typescript.

       

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Convert all docs example tests to Typescript and ensure they pass
      • Coordinate with the docs team to ensure that their scripts are updated appropriately to pull in Typescript files instead of Javascript files
