      Upgrade relevant dependencies according to parent ticket description.

      Upgraded the following dependencies:

      @napi-rs/cli  ^2.16.5  →  ^2.18.0
mocha         ^10.2.0  →  ^10.3.0
prettier       ^2.8.8  →   ^3.2.5

      Did not upgrade the following dependencies:

       chai          ^4.3.10  →   ^5.1.0 // causes error
