      Use Case

      As a... Node user and engineer
      I want... ts to be upgraded
      So that... typescript is up to date

      Acceptance Criteria

      Implementation Requirements

      Update the following dependencies in all sub-task branches. (Upgrades might be higher versions by the time of implementations, check with "ncu -i" terminal command)

      ts-node ^10.9.1 → ^10.9.2 // if not already updated by NODE-5828 subtask 
tsd ^0.28.1 → ^0.30.4 // if not already updated by NODE-5828 subtask
typescript ^5.0.4 → ^5.3.3
