Unified Runner Ignores ignoreExtraMessages

      The unified test runner schema supports an ignoreExtraMessages option for the command monitoring and logging spec tests, however it is not checked in the runner itself. DRIVERS-2877 exposed a failure in the test suite around this area.

      • Update the unified test runner to ignore extra logging messages when the ignoreExtraMessages flag is set to true.
      • Sync tests in DRIVERS-2877 to verify.
