Driver is eating up exceptions that should cause crashes

      After getting an exception for bulkwrite, I throw the exception to cause a crash, however it seems the driver is silently catching it, preventing the desired crash.

      The exception I am causing on bulkwrite is due to failing to have a filter field on an operation.
