'calculateObjectSize' of null

      I original issue was posted to mongoose's issue board at https://github.com/Automattic/mongoose/issues/3752.

      A quick recap is that the bson field attached to the topology object is null which is causing calculateObjectSize to be called on null during a bulk unordered insert.
