      Add timeoutMS support to autoEncryption

      Implementation Requirements

      • Use the timeoutContext in CryptoConnection.command() as the timeout context used for AutoEncrypter.encrypt() / decrypt()
      • Update AutoEncrypter.encrypt / decrypt() to take a timeout context

      Testing Requirements

      • integration test a command run against an autoencrypted client
      • CSOT auto encryption unit test
