      In changelog/history files such as https://github.com/mongodb/node-mongodb-native/blob/2.1/HISTORY.md; the date format is confusing: it's not easy to know that it's MM-DD-YYYY.

      Please use the ISO8601 standard: YYYY-MM-DD.
