Use Case

As a Node driver engineer,
I want mongodb-connection-string-url to be up-to-date with eslint + lint related tooling,
So that all our repos use the same versions of our linter and have similar configurations.

User Experience

Dependabot puts failing PRs up for eslint and tooling.  Linting and formatting may be different than in our other repos.
