Use Case

Our existing install-node.sh script does not support versions in the form `major.minor.patch` - instead, they require that the leading `v` be present.  When testing on our minimum supported Nodejs version for Node20, we should be specifying the exact version (20.19.0).

• if node behavior differs/will differ from other drivers, confirm with dbx devs what standard to aim for and what plan, if any, exists to reconcile the diverging behavior moving forward
