This task is a follow-up of NODE-6265 and tracks adding the following flags to the product in order to satisfy internal Microsoft BinSkim requirements: /sdl, /W3, and /w34146. By adding these flags, node-gyp rebuild will build with more enabled warnings and emit error messages as needed. At this time, adding the flags does not result in any new build warnings.
