Use Case

While working on NODE-7359, I encountered a few test suites that fail when TLS is enabled. The work on NODE-7359 was timeboxed, so I didn't have time to fully investigate the cause of the failures.

I do feel pretty confidently that failures are test setup and/or tooling related and not actual bugs in our code because the majority of our test suite runs fine, and we've had no reported bugs.  If we had bugs when TLS were enabled with CMAP or retryability, it is very likely someone would have encountered it and reported it to us.
