      Acceptance Criteria

      1. Satisfy the requirements of the parent ticket
      2. symlink-claude-md.sh should:
        1. be enabled as a precommit hook
        2. have a 'do not edit' callout at the top of the file
      3. Across some of our existing repo's, a conventional commit entry exists. This should be modified so the agents knows that not all commits must follow convention, but PR titles must follow the convention.
      4. The 'Adding Nested Agents' section of of the README should be modified to:
        1. Include a callout that the symlink script is vendored
        2. Callout that 'git add' as a step should immediately follow the creation of another AGENTS.md file, as symlink-claude-md.sh only uses staged files
