      Update the minimum supported Node version to the latest Node 22 minor in mongodb-client-encryption.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Update the engines field in package.json
      • Update the Node versions used in CI, including prebuild targets for the native add-on
      • Evaluate upgrading the TS compilation target from ES2023 to whichever target corresponds to Node 22
      • Update any documentation that states the minimum supported Node version
