Acceptance Criteria

Implementation Requirements

• Make timeoutMS a no-op (ignore it when parsing the options, don't remove it entirely since we don't want it to throw)
• Mark it as deprecated in TypeScript

Testing Requirements

• Disable CSOT tests. non-CSOT tests should not be affected. If a non-CSOT specific test is using the option, make sure to confirm that there is a non-CSOT version of that test so that we don't lose coverage.

Documentation Requirements

• Release note with a big warning about timeoutMS being deprecated and made into a no-op in this release, and slated for complete removal in a future release.
