As a Product Manager, I would like to have a way to track the usage of our OData extension so that we know the volume of users who are using OData with our driver in Atlas. 

Acceptance Criteria: 

• Metadata added to the handshake (mongo-csharp-driver|odata) such that the analytics team can help track usage of OData similar to our Driver and the EF Core provider
