Major - P3 milkie recently disabled PHPC in Coverity due to build failures. IIRC, that profile was configured by bjori many moons ago (likely after PHPC-17, as that refers to his own fork).
We should look into re-enabling PHPC builds on Coverity, which will complement existing scans done for libmongoc and libbson.
