Advise macOS users to install using PECL

      Since Homebrew/homebrew-php was archived, the Homebrew install docs are no longer correct. We should encourage macOS users to use the PECL method, especially since PHPC-1156 has been implemented in 1.4.3 and OpenSSL conflicts are no longer a concern.

      That said, it may be worth keeping the Homebrew page around to preserve existing user comments and reword it to discuss some of the community-maintained formulae currently discussed in those comments.
