To add some context, we have some tests that rely on tagsets to resolve a read preference; however, many other tests simply dump a Server object and expect a node to have certain tags. This ticket is suggesting that we relax the latter (dumped Server objects) when it doesn't pertain to the test's actual functionality. We can simply expect anything for RS member tags in those cases.
